1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and fe88 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the fe88 website located at https://fe88.io, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any services offered through the platform, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, and slots.

By completing the registration process on fe88, by clicking any "I Agree" or acceptance checkbox during onboarding, or by accessing any service on the platform following the publication of these Terms, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content;

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. fe88 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifetime. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within the timeframe requested, fe88 will suspend the account until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fe88 is an internationally operated offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. fe88 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fe88 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If fe88 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, fe88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation. Players are not permitted to open a new account if a previous account has been closed by fe88 for a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on fe88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile phone number. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. fe88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your fe88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify fe88 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. fe88 will take all reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification, including account suspension pending a security review.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or unintended technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another individual without their full knowledge and consent;
• Engaging in any conduct that fe88 reasonably considers to be abusive, fraudulent, or prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fe88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. All transactions on the fe88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fe88 does not support cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum single deposit on fe88 is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction in your account wallet. fe88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (9 AM to 11 PM BST). Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 working days to reflect in the recipient account. fe88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, anti-fraud review, or bonus wagering requirement completion.

4.4 Own Account Requirement

All deposits to your fe88 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. fe88 does not accept third-party deposits. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the fe88 account. fe88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

4.5 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, and transactions on fe88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard using a non-BDT card may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by their card issuer. fe88 is not responsible for any third-party conversion costs or fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fe88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the IPL. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by fe88 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fe88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus — together with any winnings associated with that bonus — if fe88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering bonus funds in a pattern designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting on fe88 — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is subject to the fe88 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In summary: all bets are final once accepted by the fe88 system; bets placed on void or abandoned events will be settled as void and the stake returned; fe88 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at its discretion; and fe88's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on fe88 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, andar bahar, and teen patti — are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer in the game stream, as well as the technical rules of the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server records, which are considered final.

6.3 Slots

All slot games on fe88 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is governed by the game provider. fe88 does not alter or influence the RTP or random number generation of any slot game. Results generated by the game provider's random number generator (RNG) are final and binding.

6.4 Cancellation and Void Bets

fe88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error — or bets that were accepted during a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. fe88 will not honour winnings generated from bets placed during a known or subsequently identified system error.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fe88 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the fe88 platform; modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on fe88 content; use fe88 branding or trademarks in any context outside the fe88 platform; scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the fe88 platform by automated or manual means.

Any unauthorised use of fe88 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law. fe88 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of intellectual property infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the fe88 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the fe88 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content;
• Any service interruption, downtime, technical malfunction, or data loss affecting the fe88 platform;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your fe88 account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security;
• Any losses arising from your participation in games or betting markets offered on the fe88 platform, including losses attributable to variance, house edge, or RNG outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fe88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fe88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fe88 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical issues. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and fe88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Account Termination & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fe88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 working days of the closure request being confirmed.

10.2 Closure by fe88

fe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any referenced policy;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for criminal purposes;
• Abusive behaviour directed at fe88 staff or other Players;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by fe88 — your licence to access the fe88 platform is immediately revoked. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms by the Player, fe88 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, to confiscate such funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fe88's operating jurisdiction as an internationally licensed offshore platform. fe88 does not represent that these Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and Players acknowledge that they access the platform subject to their own local legal obligations.

In the event of any dispute between you and fe88 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact the fe88 support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. fe88 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days and to resolve disputes to the reasonable satisfaction of all parties where possible.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as selected by fe88. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents fe88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fe88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fe88 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the fe88 platform, not less than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not substantively alter Player rights or obligations — fe88 may update the Terms without advance notice.

The version of these Terms currently published at https://fe88.io/terms-conditions is the version in force. If you continue to access or use the fe88 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the fe88 platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. fe88 recommends that you review these Terms at least once every 30 days to remain aware of any changes that may affect your use of the platform.
